Description of the job

Inputs: System design, Product data base, Supplier documents and data, Equipment manuals.
Mission: Produce and maintain Technical Data Packages & Publications up to date. Authoring of technical content, generation of illustrations, production & management of documentation as well as associated services.

·  Support the customer in using the Technical Data Packages & Publications.

Outputs: Technical Data packages; Integration and test plan; As-built documentation; User guides; Operational and Maintenance Publications; Fault diagnostics; Rectification plans.

The internship will focus on the support of the following activities:

·  Organization of customer training courses
·  Set up and continuous development of training material (powerpoint)
·  Managing the communication on the intranet
·  Layout and set up of monthly division newsletter
·  Writing of English articles
·  Developing marketing material and presentations
