Job Description

An exciting opportunity for Lessors, MRO and Airframe Services Marketing manager has arisen within the Services Marketing department. You would be joining SLMC department.

In joining the SL department you would have the opportunity to actively contribute to the Airbus services Product and Business development as well as actively supporting sales campaigns to reach the 10Bn OI target by 2025.

The challenge is to grasp where the value lies for Lessors, for the MROs, for the operators and supporting the team to tailor make an offer to suite. You will be supporting a new Business Line created within SL since begging of June 2019; Airframe Services aiming at delivering turnkey Maintenance and embodiment solutions to operators and to Lessors during Aircraft transitions.

Until now Support and Services have addressed mainly to Airlines, you now have the exciting opportunity to contribute to start addressing two new Customer segments Lessors and MROs.

Main Tasks and responsibilities:

·  Market analysis
·  Understanding the market (intelligence, segmentation, competition mapping) identifying market trends
·  Contribute to the calculation of the associated Market forecast (GSF)
·  Identify and understand Customer demand, identify opportunity areas based on the Market analysis,
·  Identify the value for the different Customers and contribute to strengthening the Leasing, MRO and Airframe Service value propositions.

·  Business development
·  Based on the understanding of the value that can be brought to the Customers enhance the Airbus Services product and Service portfolio for Lessors, MROs and Operators for Airframe Services.
·  Establish value and Business case driven propositions for the evolution of the portfolio.
·  Work in coordination with different teams and Customers to define the portfolio strategy S, C, Y, P, B, DTO, etc…
·  Lead specific projects in the frame of R210Bn in relation with the scope of work (potentially including partnership projects)

·  Operational marketing and sales support
·  Managing the Leasing, MRO and Airframe Services products portfolio
·  Contribute to define the product roadmap to ensure the best product positioning and optimise the global offer
·  Ensuring value proposition and support pricing policies
·  Defining the Go and Time to market
·  Providing marketing plan and marketing tools in particular the key differentiators
·  Train sales and airline marketing teams  
·  Contribute to business line AOP
·  Support to deal committee (airline business case, competition positioning, price to win with sales)
·  Support Strategic & key campaigns and perform campaign analysis
·  Events organisation & participation, be key representation at Customer or external events.
