Description of the job

Student interested to acquire knowledge on procurement professional skills, in the role of acquisition, supporting the sourcing activities by running small projects whilst achieving set objectives in Cost Reduction, Contract Negotiation and - Management, and Customer Satisfaction.

The student will support strategic procurement activities within PJMC2 for national Spain perimeter

In particular, student will support:
¤ Support to responsible buyer in PJMC2 to implement the procurement strategy defined by PJMC2 for all Airbus Group divisions in Spain.
¤ Support to responsible buyer in PJMC2 for procurement projects and call for tenders with multi-divisional scope within the scope of the subcommodity PJMC2 in Spain
¤ Support to responsible buyer in PJMC2 to develop and maintain an efficient supply chain capable to deliver goods/work-packages (services), matching Airbus Group requirements and business objectives.
¤ Support to responsible buyer in PJMC2 to ensure that deliverables are in line with the contractual terms (cost, time, quality).
¤ Support to responsible buyer in PJMC2 to secure long-term alignment of the preferred supplier base with the long-term trans-divisional strategic needs of Airbus Group.
¤ Support to responsible buyer in PJMC2 to ensure continuous commercial relationship with suppliers in order to secure work with best-in-class suppliers and protect Airbus Group from contractual risks.
¤ Support to responsible buyer in PJMC2 to conduct the procurement process in order to fulfil business needs and provide the internal customers with valued services in compliance with General Procurement procedures and guidelines, to full customers satisfaction.
¤ Support to responsible buyer in PJMC2 to deliver on initiatives contributing to Airbus Group Savings Programmes using the levers of requirements harmonisation/standardization, challenge of the specifications, volume aggregation, and control of the demand
