Description of the job

An excellent opportunity for a graduate student to undertake an Internship as a HRBP Assisstant with Airbus Defence & Space in Barajas.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include

·  Following the labour contract process and on boarding process
·  Training & Development
·  Staffing Management (headcount process, parental and maternal leaves time management, following up the staffing process)
·  Preparation of Human Resources Reports, such as absenteeism headcount, staff, Awards Airbus)
·  Mobility Programs (Eurofighter): Control of Expatriates Mobility Conditions, Social Security, Supporting in their Rotation and Return Process.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Young graduates or last year students of Business Administration, Economics or Psychology.
·  Labour Relations post grad is required
·  High level of English (B2-C1 required)
