Description of the job

Provide general back-office support to the Services Contract Negotiators, i.e. analysing, support in the drafting of sales contracts, circulating the contract approval Business Control Sheets, preparing internal bid approval presentations, etc...
Support department improvement initiatives, i.e. new contracting policies, contracts management procedures, update of Services Contrats Sharepoint and contracts database,etc...
