Tasks & accountabilities

This position reports directly to the Team leader of Affiliates Management in Airbus Defence and Space.

The mission of this position is to support the team in the management of Airbus Defence & Space subsidiaries and participations (> 150 legal entities).

Tasks & accountabilities
Within the scope of your mission and following the instructions set by the Team leader you will deal with many topics related to the net of entities in the perimeter of Airbus DS with special focus (but not only) on those belonging to Military Aircraft. These will include, amongst others,

·  Be a permanent back up for the multifunctional team working on Affiliates topics.
·  Maintain and improve an efficient archive of relevant information and documents related to the entities of the perimeter.
·  Update the reporting tools related to the governance of Affiliates in due time and with the requested quality.
·  Support and improve the communication from HQ (PL, Division and Group) to the entities and follow up the collection of answers to Central requests.
·  Support the revision and deployment of processes in the entities of the portfolio, ensuring completion and quality.
·  Support the organization of Boards of the entities and other relevant meetings and events.
·  Interact with key actors, including administrative personnel of the local entities and focal points in the functions and programmes (e.g. legal, finance, strategy, HR)

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Recent Graduates OR Last year Students in Business or Law and Business.
·  Advance user of Microsoft office (Power Point, Word, Excel) and easily adaptable to new IT tools.
·  High motivation to work and willingness to learn.
·  Interest in international business, in particular in the Defence sector.
·  Enjoying diversity as you will need to manage different tasks in multifunctional and multicultural contexts.
·  Methodical, rigorous and discrete. Capacity of building trust and partnership approach at different levels of the organization
·  Knowledge of statutory and legal documents and good understanding of financial and legal processes
·  Excellent English oral and written communication skills are essential.
·  Knowledge of other languages (French, German) would be desirable.
