Description of the job

An excellent opportunity for a Recent Graduate OR Last Year Student Engineer to undertake an internship within the A400M Repairs Management department.

Tasks & accountabilities

1. Manage the Repairs flow, perform the operational activities and coordinate (end-to-end) the repair process with all involved actors.
2. Support the resolution of any blocking point that may arise during the repairs process.
3. Analyse the contractual performance of the repairs KPIs and support the development of new strategies and tactics to improve repairs TAT.
4. Monitor the Material Support Repair Process, identify pain points, bottlenecks, risks and improvement opportunities to add value to the Service, and take action to improve the Customers' satisfaction.
5. KPI and reporting.
