As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year , that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for Internship for DIGITAL BUSINESS MODEL AND SERVICES. READY? SET, GO! (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in Toulouse-Palays.

This internship is to be filled from 30/03/2020.

You will be joining the department « TSM Cross Program Management » which activities include the implementation of the Digital for Space Systems and Customer training services.

The objective of the internship is to launch, drive and manage new digital projects to create new services to our customers.

Airbus DS is currently leading several roadmaps of digital capabilities that we are sourcing, partnering, and prototyping in the business for implementation and industrialization. These range from Big data, AI, IoT, Cloud, Mixed Reality, Cobots, Additive Manufacturing and new collaboration toolset. Airbus DS is undergoing a significant digital transformation to benefit from the latest advances in new technologies. This company-wide transformation project is targeting a sustainable improvement across the program and product lifecycle up to the service and training delivery to the Customer.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

·  Support of various digitalization projects across Space Systems Business within a small central team supporting divisional wide initiatives.
·  Contribute, implement and roll out the Digital Design, Manufacturing and Service strategy for Airbus Defence and Space
·  Launch, drive and manage new digital business model and services on analytics projects
·  Digitalization of the Customer training, learning management system and e-learning production.
·  Support the Digital Twin vision and future implementation
·  Develop intrapreneurship and foster startup alliance with open innovation and collective intelligence
·  Contribute and drive a set of proof of values and breakthrough projects, in close coordination with business angels and customers
·  Drive and accompany business transformation in a digital environment via culture change, inclusion and innovative leadership solutions
·  Flexibility on actual content of the work, as Space Systems digitalization is evolving quickly

·  Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+ 5, in Digital (or equivalent), with specialisation in Business Development and you obtain following competences:

- English: Advanced minimum

- French: Advanced recommended

- Your first experience in computing system

- You are interested in new business modelling

- You have a good knowledge in digital transformation

- You are able to use proficiently such tools as web languages

·  Other skills: Data Modelling, IT Architecture, Communication, Digital Learning, Digital Marketing, Graphical design, Rich Content Creation (Movie, Infographic..), Business Modelling, Business Case, New Digital Market, Intrapreneurship, Startup pitch, Digital Transformation, Agile, Design Thinking, UX/UI, Data

·  Soft skills

- Rigorous, curious and autonomous

- Obtain good interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player

- Have organizational skills

- Able to analyse and synthesize information

- Knowledge of project management would be a plus.

·  You will develop the following skills:

- Work in an Inclusive world (cross domain/countries)  

- Prototyping, marketing and validating business cases

- Change management
