Description of the job :
A vacancy for a temporary position as HR Business Partner has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space San Pablo Sevilla.
The successful applicant will join (HUMAN RESOURCES / HR Business Partnership).

Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
• As the primary HR interface with the business, the jobholder supports and advises managers in their management role and ensures that HR policies are applied and HR processes are implemented effectively and consistently in the business area in line with local legislation and global HR strategy.
• Advise and support the Management of the area with regard to change processes in the business in line with the company change management strategy.
• Work with the Business for the area of activity to develop qualitative and quantitative resource planning with regard to skill management, headcount planning, staffing and creation of the staffing plan.
• Advise the senior representatives with regard to personnel and organizational development, including individual careers advice and development potential for the senior representatives and employees in the support field, and assist in the selection of suitable individual and personnel development measures. Develop and implement a strategic follow-up schedule, and lead targeted personnel development measures based on this.
• Act as a focal point for the specialist departments and support and advise the Business in their management activities. Ensure that HR guidelines are applied and that HR processes are effectively and consistently implemented in line with local legislation and the Company HR strategy.
• As HR Business Partner, engage in regular exchanges with the H-Academy regarding learning and qualification needs, and advise and support executives for all individual labour legislation questions. Involve collaborating with the works council to ensure effective solutions.

Required skills :
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
• Educated to degree level in Economics, Law, Psychology or Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources as a Human Resources Business Partner.
• Experience in Project Management.
• English and Spanish must be negotiation level.
• Open and willing to work in all kind of environments.
