Description of the job

A position as Governmental Security & Travel Security Manager within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe (Madrid). The successful applicant will join TADX department.

Tasks & accountabilities

The main accountabilities of this position will be to:

·  Be responsible for Travel Security of the employees of Business Units (located in Spain) to risk countries.
·  Inform them about the risks and offer them the appropriate guidelines in order to minimize the possible risks.
·  Ensure compliance with the security protocols established in these countries, thus ensuring monitoring during their travel.
·  Provide all personnel with the appropriate safety recommendations for each country (Medium, High and Extreme)
·  Responsible for ensuring that all persons assume and complete the Personal Security Clearances, in accordance with the current regulations.
·  Development management tools.
·  Automate process and support digitalization activities.
·  Analysis of threats and vulnerabilities.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
·  Use of office packages, especially MS-Office at medium/advance level
·  Ability to work in teams
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·  Able to propose new ideas
·  English :Advanced
·  Spanish :Advanced
