Description of the job

A position in Flight Test Application, Tools and Procedures has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe (Madrid). The successful applicant will join TEAVP-TL1department.

Tasks & accountabilities

The main accountabilities of this position will be to:

·  Implement the use of FTA (Airbus Flight Test Application) in other programs within Airbus D&S: MRTT, M&L, Combat...
·  Ensure the optimization, harmonization and improvement opportunities of Flight Test Application
·  Manage of flight test activities reporting through Flight Test Planning Tool. Support in setup, monitoring and improvement of mid and long term planning harmonization for strategic development.
·  Flight Test Procedures harmonization and updates
·  Information system (IS) development in Flight Test, defining a roadmap towards a future reliable and consistent Tools and IT landscape (improvements, harmonization, etc.)
·  Performing cross functional tasks and assistance to the Head of Flight Test and Operations
·  Manage central communications platforms "SharePoint", weekly news, etc.
·  Ensure common quality standards within Flight Test.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.(less than 3 years)
·  Experience in Information Systems and Quality (less than 3 years)
·  Experience in Flight Test would be an asset.
·  Experience in Project Management (less than 3 years)
·  Familiarized with Airbus and Airbus D&S Procedures
·  Knowledge of FTA and other tools like Technical Log Book, EV Planning tool, I-Share, Delivery Net, FT Net, DOMINO, etc, would be a plus
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·  Able to propose new ideas

·  Spanish :Advanced
