Description of the job
Management and control of blue collars budgets.
Coordination with Supply Chain, internal suppliers and Logistic Organization to have all of the components on time.
Responsible for the WIP (work in progress) of the FL&DC.
Loose equipment managment and support during aircraft delivery process.
Responsible for customer material which should be shipped either with the ferry flight or directly to customer base.
Focal point of Planning & Production Control Departmente in the MFT FOD AND TIP from LTA San Pablo
Management of the blue collar booking hours, ensuring budget targets, and controlling the NQC.
Tracking and control of missing parts.
Coordination for the manufacture of the exceptional parts.
Coordination with planning department to have all the work orders and documentation ready whe needed.
Work orders closure ensuring compliance with budgets.
Generate Delivery List of the Loose Equipment based on the Configuration Technical Note edited by Engineering. Ensuring that it is delivered to the client, on quality and on time.
Management the client material that will be transported in the ferry flight and the consumable material necessary during it.
Ensuring the handling support to load the aircraft.
Coordination for shipment and delivery to the customer base.
Participation in lean projects aimed to continuous improvement and leadership when the solution must be monitored by production control.
Establishment of necessary logistic flows for internal movements of the parts.
