As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 6 months.

We are looking for Supply chain Quality awareness & training pack support who will be joining us at Airbus site in Toulouse/Blagnac.

This internship is to be filled from beginning of March 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility).

You will be joining the department « SC Control & Development » which activities include Suppliers surveillance to maintain Production and Design Approval and Ensure On Time and on Quality deliveries of various products and services.

Fully integrated in the Procurement organization, General Procurement’s mission is to procure goods and services on behalf of the entire Group (Airbus commercial, ADS, PAG, Airbus Helicopters, Stelia), and as such to play a major role in generating value and contributing to the overall competitiveness of the company.

Procurement employs more than 500 professionals on around 40 sites in Europe as well as in China, India and the US and work with more than 15 000 suppliers worldwide!

The objective of the internship is to improve the department internal and external communication and simplify the way to easily find information/documents relative to the department activities.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

Information management optimisation

·  Perform an analysis of the current documents list and storage location (shared folders, HUB; …).
·  Propose a way to optimize and restructure the data/document management.
·  Perform the migration into the new storage referential according to the new data/documentation structure.

Communication and awareness packs

·  Develop a communication pack/handbook for newcomers or team members describing the activities of the department, the training/induction path and the link with associated referential documentation.
·  Contribute to improve existing external awareness packs/leaflet on Supply Chain Quality activities by making them more attractive and interactive.

Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac +4/5 , in communication or business or equivalent, and you obtain following competences:

·  English: intermediate level.
·  French: advance level.
·  You are interested in supply chain management and procurement activities
·  You have an analytic mind & communication skills.
·  You have a good knowledge of the way to present and formalize didactically and user friendly complex activities.
·  You are able to use proficiently such tools as power point, excel.

Soft skills:

- Rigorous, curious and autonomous.

- Creative and force of proposal.

- Obtain good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player.

- Have organizational skills.

- Able to analyze and synthesize information.

- Knowledge of project management would be a plus.
