Description of the job

·  Support HO MESP (Mechanical, electrical and special processes department) with Retrofit and special processes new activities.
·  Manage Interface with internal stakeholders as production, manufacturing engineering, supply chain officers, AC management and FAL stations.
·  Ensure maturity and robustness of the processes to avoid any repetitive issue and ensure their continuous improvement in collaboration with the rest of support functions
·  Ensure the adequate monitoring and analysis of performances through Key Performance Indicators and organizing corresponding assessments, recovery plan and mission, CID (Corrective, Improvement, Development) and industrial risks management with internal and external concerned parties.
·  Leading and implementation of strategy and transnational project as Digital Factory, ACPnG, Lean Manufacturing, etc.
·  Responsible for the optimal internal and subcontracted services in line with the current EaC and/or Budget Targets
·  Ability to summarize complex industrial situations in a clear manner and ensure an efficient communication (Top Down/ Bottom Up)
·  Ensure the achievement of on-time, on-cost and on-quality targets from TOFA
·  Implementation of health and safety regulations as well as the workshop environment and cleanliness rules.

Domain of SAP, TLBs and programming knowledge will be valued
The job holder will work in a multinational environment, and, consequently, the capacity to speak other languages will be valued.
