Description of the job
Guarantee the conformity of products and services in accordance with the requirements specified by our customers, and support deliveries on quality, on time and on cost right first time to increase customer loyalty
To support the company's certifications and interfaces with external quality authorities (ISO, EASA, EN, etc.).
To be responsible of all aspects of Quality relatives to aircraft maintenance from Hand-Over to aircraft delivery to customer. These aspects are:
· Documentation analisys (SB, Mandatory documents, Time life elements....)
· To coordinate aircraft inspection plan with inspection team.
· To coordinate activities with production team.
· To assure that procedures and normative relatives to maintenance aircraft are accomplished in maintenance activities.
· To develop and deliver the documentation relative to works performed.
To perform root cause analysis and propose corrective actions for Non conformities coming from internal or external audits .
Aditionally to develop internal procedures to comply with normative relative to maintenance activities.
To contribute with Quality Delegation surveillance and ECM-QA deployment in accordance with CASA-1452.
