Description of the job

Inside of A400M FAL Rate Adaptation Project to be execute along 2019, It is necessary to assure the adequate running of 35 station (indoor ground test), as unique assembly station planned for speed up the process instead of getting slower. The station 35 will be moved from 24 working days as cycle time to 19wd.
Mission is to support the head of station from a double perspective: as process leader (technical support) as well as management leader (management support for cycle time reduction).
Job is the result to merge aircraft management department with functional test production unit.

Required skills

To take into account A400M systems and testing experience due to reduced time to job training and just one year to obtain results.
Manufacturing :Less than 3 years
To take into account experience on workshop management
Team management :Less than 3 years
To take into account experience on IT tools for production management within ADS
English :Advanced
Spanish :Fluent
