Job Description

A vacancy for a Team Assistant position within Digital transformation Operations team (ZOP), has arisen in Toulouse-Blagnac.

Working with the Digital Officer team, chief of staff to the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) and the assistant to the DTOfficer, you will have the following main missions:

·  Assist the office of the Digital Transformation Officer on punctual missions
·  Administrative support to the DO department
·  Support on logistics for travel, team-boosters & other events organised by the department,

In DTO, the secretaries/assistants are expected to maintain a high standard communication level towards external stakeholders (phone/emailing) and internal stakeholders (Excom, EC Office…).

Access to sensitive & confidential financial information.

Tasks & accountabilities

·  Part-time Personal Assistant to the DTO senior team members
·  Ensure administrative support to DTO senior team members:
·  Schedule meetings, audio/video conferences with multiple parties throughout highly loaded time schedules
·  Assist in diaries management
·  Filtering of calls
·  Monitor and distribute internally press breaking news
·  Organize travels
·  Cascade internal communication
·  Manage office supply
·  Welcome & preparation of office space for newcomers

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

You have a 2 or 3-year diploma in Administrative assistance and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position:

·  Excellent communication skills in English and in French. German would be a plus.
·  Ability to manage and adapt in a dynamic environment
·  Problem solving approach
·  High degree of discretion, autonomy, assertiveness
·  Sense for figures, accuracy, reliability
·  Develop own initiative, and willingness to work in a team and to cope with workload peaks
·  Good Microsoft office skills (excel – word – powerpoint)
·  Good knowledge of Airbus Processes and IT tools such as MyTravel, MyExpenses, Clickn’Buy would be a plus.
