Description of the job

A position as a DATA MANAGEMENT has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe (Madrid). The successful applicant will join TEAIM-TL2 department.

Tasks & accountabilities

The main Tasks will be:

·  Document/Data Management Systems ( DMS) and Digital Archive support daily operation
·  Evolve and maintain the DMS System Specification in collaboration with the Team Leader.
·  Follow up the problems due to the evolution of the tool with DMS team
·  Upload and control documentation work packages
·  User support for national and transnational DMS tolos

Required skills

We are looking for candidates that really loves this work and with ideas to face the great digital challenge and transformation of our activity, with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to IT or Documentation Studies ( Data management, Digital Information Services, Digital Continuity , Digital Archiving , Data Analytics etc) or a related discipline.

At least 3 to 5 years of Experience in an Information Systems /Engineering Field.

·  Experience as a Data manager, DMS – Filenet preferable or similar document and collaborative tools ( SharePoint, others) will be appreciate.
·  Basic knowledge Data management, Digital Information Services, Digital Continuity , Digital Archiving or configuration control
·  English :Advanced
