Description of the job

A vacancy for a Business Information Manager has arisen within CRISA in Tres Cantos-Madrid .
The successful applicant will join Performance and Improvement Department.

Tasks & accountabilities

The objective is to support the Space Equipment growth and profitability targets and foster on efficiency improvement. To be part and to support the implementation of the overall improvement plan of Space Equipment comprising the key programs/work stream: End-To-End processes, Digitalized Information System, LEAN/APQP, operational functions related improvements as Program, Engineering, Configuration , Operation as well as key recurring activities as continuous improvement and Key User Network for tools (training). To report to TSPI and line managers involved in the improvement projects

·  Act as Country Key User for PDM (product Data Management) tool: SAP and SAP ME for procurement and operations
·  Processes & tool continuous improvement together with the Key User Network, support to end users, day to day issues solving, users/tool administration & environment management and user trainings coordination.
·  Be an ambassador of improvement culture & change in Mindset & Behavior
·  To drive and support Improvement projects as part of the Space Equipment Improvement plan, OQ, OT, OC (On Quality, On Time, On Cost).

This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
This contract will be for a maternity leave (7 – 10 months aprox)

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to Engineer degree level
·  Knowledge of SAP and SAP ME tools
·  Lean Tools acknowledgement.
·  Working in international, trans functional teams, commitment and delivery culture
·  Open minded, creative and proactive way of working with the spirit of changing things.
·  Communication skills with sense of customer service
·  Team work and working in multi-tasking mode.
·  Knowledge of Windchill will be a plus
·  Knowledge of development and production of electronic equipment will be a plus
·  Previous position in more than one domain area as operational business /improvement /business partner (IT/IM) will be a plus
·  Spanish & English advanced
