Are you interested by customer challenges in a transforming environment?

Customer Services is responsible to ensure support, airworthiness and services for growing Airbus fleet in Service (from 8400 in 2015 to 11600 in 2020).

The objective of Customer Services is to support safety of in-service operations and to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction through the most complete portfolio of services. It is also to contribute to customers profitability through efficiency enhancement.
ZICN is a main provider of IT solutions to support Customer Services for the in-service activities. The mission is to continuously support and advise Customer Services with regards to any information system topic.

To support and lead these information systems changes, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our IM department in charge of IT solutions for Core Services domain in Toulouse.

In this role you will be a key actor during the End to End Product lifecycle, from conception, design, industrialization, operation to retirement.

Task & accountabilities :
You will be in charge of:

• Maximizing the business value contribution of IT
• Defining the product and service (line) strategy  managing the product and service (line) life cycle from idea to retirement.

• Ensuring that the known Product Vision is translated into a prioritized Product Backlog in alignment with the business product owner
• Establish two-way-dialogue to translate Business Needs against known technical & resource vision and constraints
• Contribute to the IT Product MFT team to manage the IT Product lifecycle, both developing the products and operating them to meet operational SLA's
• Deciding the go-to-market of the product and service (line)
• Ensuring the participation of an End User Advocate with understanding of users and use, and a product that best serves both
• Ensuring the connection with the other functional and technical teams within the integrated Airbus information system.

Required skills :
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

- You have a 5-year degree in engineering or IT and broad experience in similar activities, which have allowed you to acquire skills and knowledge on some of these areas:
• Business processes in the customer services area
• Functional architecture and specifications
• Project and service level management
• Information Technologies (Big Data, AWS, Digital, Web, SAP, .Net, J2E, ...)
• Agile methodology (Agile scrum or SAFe)
