Description of the job

Under the Head of Customer Order Desk, the Spares Representative is responsible for the sale and distribution of the spare parts for spot activity (outright sales, IP, exchange, repair and lease) and under maintenance contracts (GMA).
They develop the business of spare parts in order to maximize turnover and margin on their portfolio.
They ensure the satisfaction of his portfolio while matching the required service level, minimizing delays in their order backlog and handling different claims.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main activities will be :
1. Analyse the sales activities

· Build and drive the sales operations indicators to follow-up the order intakes

· Support the HO Customer Order Desk in the preparation of the yearly spares sales objectives and action plan by spares representatives

· Benchmark the ATR competitors on the after-sale segment to enhance profitability of ATR's offers

· Build a monthly reporting of the spares sales and scorecard per customer

· Follow the quotations into orders transformation rate to decline action plans and win sales

2. Develop the turnover through commercial actions :

· Develop a tight relationship with customers through regular phone conferences and visits

· Coordinate with the Pricing and Inventory departments to target the “must sale parts” and manage the associated sales campaigns

· Pay attention to customer needs and maintenance planning in order to adapt offers

· Take part in price negotiations for strategic orders in order to push sales

· Put in place cross commercial actions with other services (sales of services, CSD…)

3. Manage the sales

· Resolve the customer claims (quality, pricing, logistics, invoicing, cancellation…)

· Follow-up of the orders backlog, minimize delays and communicate to customers

· Drive the subcontractor's activities to ensure ATR commitments (response times, delivery times, return deadlines, payment conditions, incoterms…)

· Ensure the promotion and basic support in the use of the available digital tools.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experiences:

· Master's degree (business school) – young graduate

· Technical skills: sense of negotiation, logistics knowledge, after sale services, aeronautic background

· Language skills: French and English mandatory, a third language would be appreciated

· IT skills (tools) : Office pack / SAP

· Soft skills: customer oriented, team spirit, proactive
Specific contraints: frequent customer visits out of office.
