Airbus UpNext is looking for a Project Management Officer & project coordinator for an exciting project in the field of Zero Emission. This position will be based in Toulouse.

This mission is not a classical PMO/PMBP role as it also requires an engineering background in order to be able to build a combined project/technical plan.

 UPNEXT core principles are: highly adaptable to changing conditions / requirements / schedules, positive minded in front of obstacles to overcome them, ready to be accountable for your package of work, flexible in front of evolving scope of work, highly connected to the rest of team members.

The position is offered within Airbus UPNEXT conditions and salary policy and it's for 9 months.

Your key responsibility

· 
Updating the Project Plan and risk register

· 
Synchronising with the different teams based on the plans and find appropriate solutions in order to reduce risks & delays 

· 
Following the budget and milestones which are linked to the project

· 
Accountable of finance baseline update and follow up

· 
Manage Financial Change requests

· 
Animate Project Reviews

· 
Coordinate the PMO team activities

· 
Act as RTE for the program solution

· 
Coordinate the PI and PI plannings for the the demo team

· 
Create a combined project/technical plan
