Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

International Mobility :

·  Implement international mobility policies and packages according to business needs
·  Carry out studies and estimated costs for special business needs
·  Support HRBPs on the international movements and topics
·  Prepare, manage and follow-up of employees in secondment and expatriation
·  Manage contract, facilitate relocation and expatriate conditions
·  Ensure the social security scheme with additional health coverage, payroll coordination, expense implementation and tax compliance

Travel & Expense Management :

·  Survey Travel and Expense policy compliance and link to services providers
·  Ensure the travel policy application and coordination with payroll
·  Take part and launch the coordination of the projects related to ATR establishments abroad
·  Set up the local markets, coordination of local payments with suppliers
·  Ensure the safety of travelers as a renter account of political and economic events
·  Focal point for travel and expense management providers on technical and commercial level and monitor the service
·  Manage monthly SAP invoices

Communication / reports linked to International Mobility and Travel Management:

·  Launch all related reports and communications concerning International Mobility and Travel Management to business or internally in HR
·  Track budgets about labor costs, external services, employee advance payments
·  Edit contractual requirements and select providers
