A new Information technology (IT) Apprenticeship offer has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse, St Martin site.

As part of an initial training course , you are looking for an apprenticeship contract, for a period of 1 to 3 years , in order to validate your studies. The maximum duration of the contract can be extended to 4 years for people recognised as 'disabled workers'.

This apprenticeship offer is to be filled before December 2020.

Context & Environment :

·  You will join the Industrial Workplace team providing digital solution and services to Airbus business when a standard solution doesn’t fit.
·  Our domains of expertise cover specific hardware or software , IOT devices , 3D printing capabilities and tailored environments to a wide range of use cases.
·  Industrial Workplace aims to lead the way in Operational Excellence, Innovation to enhance user experience.

Your Mission :

·  In this context, the proposed Apprenticeship aims at contributing to the operational efficiency and performance of network-connected equipment in the Industrial environment (Laptops, Desktops, Hololens, 3D Printers, etc.).
·  You will develop an existing solution and continue its development adding new devices/ assets to monitor via the platform.
·  You will build dashboards aiming to report on everything that IT makes available in the industrial environment is functional / up and running.
·  This mission contribute to Preventive maintenance of Airbus IT assets.

Additional details about the Apprenticeship mission :

·  Build relationships with local business to understand priorities and critical topics to align deliverables with maximum value.
·  Contribute to manage the service delivery: Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Obsolescence Management, Capacity management, Request Management, Asset Management.
·  Develop and maintain a monitoring tool for industrial assets (Splunk):
·  Coordinate keys actors of the project,
·  Develop or adapt interfaces with the DB,
·  Develop automatic dashboards,
·  Maintain the technical & functional doc up to date,
·  Industrialize the solution,
·  Promote the solution for standard devices,
·  Communicate dashboard usage to the business,
·  Create the KM articles related on Splunk installation/lifecycle.
·  Develop and maintain a troubleshooting tool : deeper Pcs analysis (Aternity):
·  Collect team needs,
·  Develop or adapt interfaces with the DB,
·  Develop automatic dashboards,
·  Maintain the technical & functional doc up to date,
·  Industrialize the solution,
·  Communicate dashboard usage to the industrial team (airbus & suppliers),
·  Create KM articles related on aternity impact/installation.

Your Boarding Pass :

·  You are looking for an Apprenticeship to prepare your BAC+5 degree specialising in Information technology (IT).
·  Experience Scripting for Automation, at ease with building dashboard for decision making.
·  Willingness to discover the Industrial world.
·  Good interpersonal and communication skills.
·  Familiar with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheet, Slide), Excel, Word for existing documents.
·  Negotiation level of French and Good level of English.
