Description of the job

An apprenticeship offer entitled 'ALT – Business Analyst for Warranty Management (m/f)' has just been opened at Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse.

The jobholder will work within the “Warranty and Fleetwide Policy department” within Customer Services (SCCW).
The Warranty team is in charge of administrating airlines/MROs Warranty claims (in line with contracts) and follow-up of Commitment Letters taken at aircraft delivery: main objective is to preserve Airbus interests while ensuring customer satisfaction.
The jobholder will be an active member of this motivated and dynamic team, supporting it in the main following activities:
 Transition from Microsoft Office to Google suite
 Creating and improving analytics tools to monitor and optimize business performance and ease the activity through KPIs, Database analysis, reporting, dashboard, User guides, ..
 Assist and support on side improvement projects/activities

Tasks & accountabilities

Main activities
Support the team in the Google suite transition (trainings/awareness/files transfer to Google suite files, ..)
 Develop User Guide for internal tool (Commitment Letter follow-up (CLMFU)), perform awareness session to the team and support as required.
 Develop User Guide for internal tool (“Warranty Xpress tool” replacement) for internal

Outputs
 Database, KPIs, Reports, Resource Calculation Model, Manuals, User Guides, presentations, training and external Customers purpose.
 Optimize Customer Satisfaction Improvement Plan (CSIP) Warranty database & define KPIs
 Further simplify and enhance Warranty Training Database (KPIs/reporting)
 Establish, maintain and improve KPIs/Dashboards/Reporting/Resource calculation model for Warranty and Commitment Letter activity.
 Optimize Training Path plan, learning & competences.
 Perform data analyses as required on Warranty, Fleetwide and Commitment Letter activities.
 Assist and support the team on other projects and side activities as required such as:
o Replacement of Warranty Xpress tool replacements
o Continuous improvement of CLMFU / XML tools
o Warranty training presentations updates
o Commitment Letter follow-up project

Required skills

Key Competencies & Skills
 IT Skills: Advanced level in Google suite, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Pivot tables, Macro, dashboards;
 SAP, Sales Force knowledge would be a plus
 Database management, data visualization;
 Strong analytical & communication skills
 Dynamism, pro-activity, motivation, curiosity
 Team player
 Fluent in English (French would be a plus)

You are currently in an Engineering school, IT school or equivalent/ Or business school but with high interest in data analysis and IT Tools and plan to do an apprenticeship starting around September 2019.
