Description of the job

A position as Air Systems System Engineer within Airbus AOSL in Getafe (Madrid). The successful applicant will join EYVSE department.

Tasks & accountabilities

The main accountabilities of this position will be to:
¤Ensure ATA 36 system / equipment development according to Airbus processes
¤Supports EYVSI/EYVSO in ensuring his/her deliverables are coherent with regards to the EYVSI technical lead and EYVSO project lead.
¤Support EYVSI in ensuring proper functional, mechanical, pneumatic and electrical integration into the A/C and contribute to the analysis, procedures and manuals for aircraft operations and maintenance
¤Analyze and consider technology trends and contribute to innovations within assigned perimeter and participate on request to research and technology projects as well as to national and/or international committees
¤Contribute as required by EYVSO to project planning, risk management and monitoring on technical level for whole system lifecycle (from architecture/concept studies to certification and in-service operations)
¤Support EYVSO in the management (involve, supervise, coordinate) of subcontractors and suppliers within assigned perimeter
¤Adhere to the Mission Based approach to foster Multiskill / Multiprogram knowledge.
¤Capture and management the team technical Knowledge in an accessible and structured format in line with the HO EYVSE.
¤Adhere to the continuous feedback culture within EYVS to enable steering and improvement in relation with internal and external customers.
¤Contribute to the EYVS documentation management (Shared folders)

Required skills
