Description of the job

A vacancy for an Accounts Payable Analyst (f/m) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Albacete.

You will be in charges for the processing of the invoices received from suppliers from reception up to validation for payment.

As agent in the Account Payables Department in FAS, you will report to the Manager and the Team Leader.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Managing the payables received from a portfolio of Airbus Group suppliers
·  Receiving, scanning and validating invoices in SAP and scanning invoices
·  Performing resolutions through automatic or manual workflows
·  Advising stakeholder to approve, update and / or validate the order in SAP
·  Releasing and approving invoices for payment
·  Managing workflows for the outstanding invoices and informing managers in case of pending resolutions
·  Working close with suppliers and informing about situation
·  Performing periodical suppliers' reconciliation, cleaning accounts and analysing overdue

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to a finance degree or a related discipline
·  Experience in Finance and understanding on finance processes and tools
·  Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
·  Willingness and ability to work international
·  Communication and organizational skills
·  Good Spanish and English knowledge, German or French would be a strong plus
