A vacancy for a Air Systems Customer Support Engineer M/F has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the Air Systems department.

If you want to join the only area in Airbus that is essential to our Customers fleet, a vacancy has now arisen within Airbus Customer Services.

Customer Services Engineering is a dynamic, fast-paced domain with many opportunities for learning and career evolution.

With Safety and Customer Satisfaction at the heart, there are a wide variety of activities to be performed in the Customer Services Engineer position. Opportunities include presentations at Airbus and Supplier conferences and forums, travel to the Airline Customers for Technical Reviews and on-site troubleshooting assistance, project participation and follow-up, involvement in Airworthiness investigations...
And this domain is fast changing with digitalization (big data, Skywise, etc...) creating new methods of work and opportunities innovation will be key.

Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

The engineers are responsible for responding to customer queries on daily issues regarding the Air System attributed to them as well as providing immediate AOG troubleshooting assistance, but also for bringing emerging issues in the fleet to light, notifying potential quality issues, brainstorming and analyzing causes and solutions in coordination with Engineering and Programs, challenging the supplier to provide a better / quicker / economical solution, in general, being the voice of the customer.

Required skills :
You will have the following skills and experience:

- Engineer or equivalent with preferably some knowledge on air systems and/or interfaces/integration.
- Highly concerned by Customer service and service minded.
- Good co-ordination and relational skills to deal with Customers, Design Offices, Vendors and other Airbus departments.
- Good presentation skills, both oral and written.
- Tenacious, Adaptable, and Reliable.
- Negotiation level in English.
