Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Mission:

·  To perform operational surveillance and optimises current Inspection activities
·  To promote standard efficient methodologies: Moving quality from inspection & assurance activities to continuous improvement based on PPS
·  To perform fast response to quality issues supporting production teams

Activities:

·  To carry out investigations and root cause analysis based on identified quality/technical issues and cost of non quality resulting at shop floor level.
·  To ensure that appropriate containment and corrective and preventive actions are taken by the accountable responsible function through the use of multifunctional teams.
·  Contributing towards securing production TAKT by rapidly resolving quality issues and foreign object damage prevention.
·  To perform quality inspections as per defined standards for final check and attestation, stop points, out of sequence work, including critical activities (when not delegated) and complete relevant documentation.
·  To ensure operational surveillance (people, product and process) of delegated tasks (e.g. manufacturing).

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to High Vocational Training or Degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related discipline.
·  At least 3 - 5 years of experience in quality or manufacturing.
·  English and Spanish must be negotiation level.
·  Able to complete multiple tasks within a short timeframe despite complex environment.
·  Good intercultural communication and interpersonal skills
·  Autonomous and proactive way of working.
