Description of the job

The jobholder will be the main focal point for A400M managing the AOG/COD customer portfolio.
¤ End-to-end coordination and liaison with other organizations within the supply chain from customer material request to delivery at their facilities and
¤ Guarantee customer satisfaction through an on-time, on-quality and on-cost service, providing visibility through all stages of the supply chain. Including
the coordination with the rest of entities involved: logistic engineering, operational procurement, proprietary parts, logistics.,etc, and performing their
functions providing faster solutions in order to ensure 24 x 7 autonomous quality service
¤ Deliver performance goals expected by the company in accordance with the identified service level, meeting customer requirements and expectations in
materials domain and ensure the fulfilment of contractual requirements of a specific customer or group pf programs.
¤ Support the FISS contracts, retrofit campaigns and spare contracts to achieve materials commitments.
¤ Leadership of platform team guaranteeing the correct service during all shifts covering 24/7 level required .

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
• Educated to Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
• Experience in Supply Chain and MRO.
• Other experience value: Sales / Marketing / Procurement (less than 3 years).
• Customer oriented.
