Poste et missions:
The mission of the team is to drive for significant performance improvements of the Industrial Planning targeting an industry
best-practice, collaborative planning process down to the external Supply Chain. We seek for opportunities in digitalization,
synergies from Airbus-wide initiatives (e.g. Quantum) and external benchmarks.
The activity covers the Airbus process 'Plan & Schedule Production" (FU.SD.01).
Responsibilities:
Support the local "Plan & Schedule Production" process owner delegate in all Spanish plants to:
¤ Promote corporate processes and ensure process efficiency & adherence
¤ Contribute to corporate solutions development with local process knowledge
¤ Ensure local risk management process
Support the local project leader to implement Logistic Transformation Platform solutions up to G7 or G9 1st line, encompassing:
¤ Proof of concept, feasibility, local adaptation
¤ Proof of efficiency and savings achieved with new solution to the plant
¤ Hand-over to plants and contribution to the set-up of related deployment plans
Capture plant needs, local innovation and best-practices and share with the Team. Perform ASIS analysis.
Profil:
¤ You have experience and exposure with production planning and scheduling
¤ You have interests in project management
¤ You are able to influence and have excellent communication skills
¤ You have a customer focus mindset
¤ You focus on delivery as well as a pragmatic, collegial and cooperative way of working
¤ MS office knowledge
¤ High level of English is required
¤ High level of Spanish is required
