The main responsabilities wil be:
- Resolving client's technical issues
- Help companies to create their applications and programs
- Advising the best solutions to reach their objectives
- Development and improvement of platforms
- Training and meeting s with client

Perfil buscado

Minimum requirements:
- High/native level of English
- Ability to read and understand code, able to write code to reproduce customer problems
- Good troubleshooting skills, ability to use packet and protocol captures.
- Familiar with web protocols (HTTP, TLS, SSL etc)
- Coding ability in Python and Java is a requirement, deep Java skills is a good plus (class
generation, class path scanning, guice/spring frameworks)
- Familiarity with SQL (any dialect)
- Ability to read and understand publicfacing docs (Google developers website or
stackoverflow)
- Ability to read and understand logs and stack traces

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Cloud products (App Engine, Amazon AWS or similar) is a plus.
- Coding ability in Go, PHP
- Familiarity with modern API technologies (OAuth, HTTP RPCs)
- Ability to write a regexp to grep logs with this stack trace or an error message is also a plus.
- Familiarity with parallel/distributed computing is a plus (NoSQL DB, Mapreduce framework).
- Experience in technical support: familiarity with, case prioritization, SLA compliance and
quality (preferred but not required).
