Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
This position is located at adidas Suzhou Distribution Center to support regional HR & employees physically and will serve as the primary contact for the services below:
· Onboarding and offboarding checklist facilitation
· Documents collection and dispatch
· Chop & Authorized Signature follow up
· Payroll sign off follow up
· P-file hardcopy management and scanning
· Liaison with tax, bank, agency and any other external related parties
· Courier & mailing
· Other ad-hoc request per business needs
Key Responsibilities
· Complete all administrative tasks of the defined services independently and achieve the SLA requirements;
· Handle the daily operation on a timely and accurate manner;
· Ensure the process is implemented by following the standards completely;
· Ensure operation compliance with legal requirements and internal policies;
· Liaise among local HR, GBS HR and employee to ensure smooth communication & prompt resolution of all requests;
· Escalate the process risks and updates to team leader on a timely manner;
· Ensure the process related documents are updated and submitted for review properly;
· Proactively identify the process improvement to achieve employees satisfactory and higher efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications;
· Experience with business computing solutions, ideally also with SAP-HR;
· Subject matter expert in HR administration related processes;
· Good service mindset, people focus and self-motivated;
· Strong mindset in process improvement and continuous efficiency;
· Good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills;
· Detail-oriented and well organized.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
Professional Background / Experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar function for a multi-national company
Education
Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
Regional Knowledge
Best knowledge of China business needs, company policy, local labor law and HR regulations
Language Skills
Good command of both spoken and written English
