Key Accountabilities :

· Responsible for providing best in class RMA/SAP support to Regional BU team & LAM Markets
· Be the expert in product related systems (RMA,MSTR) as well as ERP systems (SAP)
· Lead creation and OTIF compliance of the AMD Marketing Calendar & Processes
· Responsible for Article Master Data seasonal/daily maintenance. (RMA-SIS-SAP)
· Ensure ONE Range Accuracy by implementing weekly cross checks
· Create Master data Reports to monitor relevant changes (i.e FOB Prices)
· Support the Range segmentation exception process across LAM.
· Act as Regional Business contact for Global/Markets for all AMD related projects/activities.
· Lead and motivate the AMD Team to guarantee that systems are updated accurately on time.
· Support the MOPS Team with internal/regional meeting/event preparation.

AMD CAC & Colombia

· Support CAC & Colombia Mops Team in creation of Local GTM / AMD Calendars.
· Ensure data accuracy and maintenance of CAC & Colombia systems (RMA/ SAP)
· Support local price list definition and maintenance
· Ensure an efficient RMA data transfer to SAP
· Drive and implement AFS Flag process with all related functions
· Audit AMD and key range information compliance at country level, based on regional / global guidance (segmentation, article master data, etc).

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

· Strong Planning, Leadership and Organizational skills.
· Ability to effectively analyze data and provide solutions.
· Fully Bi-Lingual: Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Spanish and English.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Point, Word and Outlook.

Qualifications :

· University Degree in IT, Engineering or Marketing.
· 2-3 years of experience in related fields
· Strong Customer Focus in providing quality service and support.
· Experience in database management and in the sports/fashion industry ideal.
