In
Consumer Engagement (CE), we create meaningful 1-to-1 relationships with our consumer, by ultimately rewarding their time and fulfilling their needs. Consumer Service, as part of CE, manages interactions between our customers and adidas by creating a digital ecosystem. Our interactions take place on: email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, chat phone and help articles – all powered by Salesforce Service Cloud.

In
Platform Engineering we make sure adidas is more cloud native every day. For this we mastermind, design and run the company wide platforms and capabilities. For the best solutions, our approach is to be technology agnostic and we are always on the look-out for the latest tools to fulfill our vision: create value fast, have outstanding resilience and scale.Our main tech and tools revolve around Spring, JavaScript and Go, a wide range of repositories and buckets (RDS to Kafka or Cassandra), Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration or our homemade solution for Jenkins as a Service on Kubernetes. And yes, you guessed it: Big Data, API and streaming platforms are also part of our domain.

In
Corporate Marketing & Operations , we are responsible for providing systems and applications which cover the entire product creation lifecycle at adidas: from design, production to delivery. By digitizing the whole value chain we help thousands of employees to collaborate , make better decisions and finally create more amazing products. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

· Become part of empowered and autonomous teams which are highly customer centric
· Work with agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban
· Feel ownership for the products you are working on
· Be highly collaborative
· Work closely with the customer
· Deploy early and regularly to incorporate feedback and to constantly improve the products
· Acquiring a proper understanding of a problem or situation by breaking it down systematically into its component parts and identifying the relationships between these parts, selecting the appropriate method/tool to resolve the problem and reflecting on the result, such that learning is identified and absorbed
· Maintaining focus on agreed objectives and deliverables whatever the circumstances.
· Understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions.
· Working co-operatively (rather than competitively) with others to achieve a common goal.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

· English language (fluent)
· 4-year college or university degree with focus on Information Technology or related area. Or equivalent combination of education and experience
· 1 -2 year of related work experience in IT
