Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To effectively analyze and improve sell through related reports and analysis to fulfill the business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning
· Provide analysis on POS sell through productivity
· Provide KPI analysis
· Ensure accuracy and relevancy of data analyzed
· Participate in the implementation of the database, tools and initiatives
Management
· Manage the database tools to develop sell through reports and analysis
· Provide analysis and insights from retail information database for improving POS productivity
· Propose additional KPIs or tools to better track and use information
System and Processes
· Support the database and analytical tools development
Training and Development
· Contribute insights development from retail information system to Sales, Retail and Marketing training programs
KPI
· On-time completion of an effective retail information system
· Accuracy of collected information, insightful retail information analysis
· Pertinence of analysis in improving retail productivity
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
· At least 2-3 years’ experience in business analysis and application operation in multi-national companies
· Experience in Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Microstrategy, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) for data retrieval, report development and data visulization
· Strong analytical skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
· Good understanding of retail or consumer business process will be a plus.

Educational Background
· University advanced degree in business, statistics or finance
