Purpose
& Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This area’s mission is to implement and sustain a proper Access & Identity Management (AIM) for the leading ERP system – SAP AFS – in order to ensure appropriate authorizations to users throughout the entire adidas. This position will be part of a central team on a global level to tackle all incoming challenges for AFS authorizations and to act as a direct link for more than 5,000 users.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as a single point of contact for SAP Access Management, by handling all incoming issues, e.g. requests, incidents, tasks and questions in a timely and appropriate manner;
· Ensure working processes and workflows according to the standards, in case of conflicts escalate to the appropriate clearing unit;
· Communicate service issues and status to stakeholders (e.g., end users, line manager, role owner, local authorization coordinator);
· Identify and escalate all AIM process vulnerabilities or other business risks to the Central AIM team;
· Support the AIM team in creating documentation requested;
· Prepare and coordinate detective controls, such as user and role recertification on an annual basis;
· Participate in projects to support AIM improvements;
· Create and maintain up to date desktop procedures for relevant processes;
· Adherence to service levels;
· Adherence to policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
· Advance knowledge of Excel;
· Knowledge for processes within user access & role management;
· Experience in incident management;
· SAP – advanced knowledge (experience for authorization is a plus);
· Desirable: experienced in SAP GRC (especially Module Access Control)
· Ability to combine theoretical and practical knowledge in SAP AFS (FI, CO, MM, SD)
· Troubleshooting issues of a technical nature;
· Customer orientation;
· Analytical mindset;
· Strong team player;
· Willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

· Vocational training with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience;
· Academic level education with specialization on Finance or IT.
