Our client is the Market Leader in Electric Radiators for the UK Market and the requirement is for an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join the Tech Support Team based in our Madrid Head Quarter.

After a thorough training and induction, assisted by the rest of the Department, as an Assistant Aftersales and Prescription Manager, you will play a very important role in driving the business forward.
Friendly and professional, you- ll assist and give pre sale and after sale support and advice to either professional customers and end-users getting in touch through the dedicated telephone line, providing a nothing-short-of exceptional experience.

What is offered:
- 26.000 € in 14 payments
- Schedule: 8:30 to 18h

Your duties will include, but will not be exclusively limited to:

After Sale:
- Handle warranty and after sale claims by telephone or email

Pre Sale:
- Analyze plans and spaces to carry out technical studies based on the information provided by the customer.
- Provide pre sale support to B2B customers
- You will be in charge of our customer- s loyalty scheme program
- Create projects, plans and scheme (Autocad)
- Gather basic market information through several market intelligence databases.

You will be instrumental, after an initial introductory period, for the achievement of Sales & Financial targets through dedicated pre sale and after sale activities, and contribute to the development of plans, policies, documents translation and procedures as required to ensure the achievement of all tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

·  Requirements and skills:

- High computer numeracy required; Autocad (you´ll create plans, scheme, and projects)
- English at a bilingual level required as well as Spanish.
- Technical skills in electronics will be highly valued.
