Adecco Banking&Insurance is looking for a KYA (Know Your Agent) Operational Support. The primary purpose of this role is to provide internal support to the sales/operations group. Acting as a liasion to client.

You will have a full time job and finish early on Fridays. (9-18 Mon-Thur and 8-15 Fri)

The salary is 18k.

the contract length will be to end of year.

Main responsibilities may include:

Daily support to agents and local teams regarding KYA execution process (incl. collecting and validation of documentation). And daily cooperation with KYA Back Office team

Investigation and escalation of complex cases/issues

Thorough understanding of the KYA process, risk management rules and policies.

Perfil buscado

Requisitos:
·  - University degree.

- 1 year of experience in a related task

- Level of English is a must ( C1)

- Good level at Excel
