We are representing a client who is looking for a Telesales Consultant to join their team. They have increased their sales over the pandemic however due to social distancing they have not been able to conduct face to face meetings. They want someone to help them arrange virtual meetings and really drive their activity.

Duties will include:

·  Takes incoming customer calls, processes sales, and accepts payment for products and services

·  Makes outgoing customer calls and cold calls to arrange meetings

·  Explains product pricing and negotiates bulk or package pricing

·  Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes

·  Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches

·  Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback

·  Investigates unfilled orders and quotes that have not converted

·  Working closely with marketing to make sure the strategy is working

·  Call clients from mailer campaigns

·  Identify tender opportunities

·  Must be resilient and not afraid of being told no

The salary is flexible for the right person and a bonus will be provided based on appointments made

Their is possible progression within the business
