Adecco have an exciting opportunity to join a successful company based in Newbury. Our client is looking for a Technical Customer Support Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is working Monday - Friday and is offering a starting salary up to £19,000.

Duties and responsibilities include:

·  Handling inbound and outbound calls

·  Liaising with providers

·  Assisting with sales team queries

·  Completing product investigations

·  Creating support tickets and follow up

Candidates will ideally have/be:

·  Keen interest in technology

·  Experience in customer services or a help-desk environment

·  Quick learner

·  Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

·  Ability to understand and assist in a busy support environment

·  PC Literate

·  Good organisational skills

·  Energetic, keen to learn and confident using your own initiative
