In charge of a small team, the right candidate will have implemented new processes that have led to the success of the department whilst providing open communication with senior management. Duties

·  Driving a high level of service in the warehouse department

·  Feeding reports and changes back to senior management

·  Supporting a small team with day to day activities

·  Delegating tasks to the team

·  Setting high quality standards

·  Putting together new processes to make the most of the warehouse function

·  Good in/goods out

·  Keep on top of housekeeping duties

Individual

·  Understanding team leader

·  Self-motivated and driven

·  Take ownership of issues

·  Manage upwards to senior members of staff

·  High level of attention to detail
