My client based in Cramlington are looking for a Reports Processing Administrator to join their rapidly growing business. This position is a Fixed Term Contract which will lead onto Permanent employment as well as the opportunity to work for a very successful company with fantastic opportunities and benefits for the right candidate.

The role will include:

·  To act as an Administrator in the Reports Processing Department and provide a full range of administrative duties to support the Department as and when required.

·  Finalise production of Reports for despatch to Client including formatting and displaying photographs within the report using Word and Adobe PDF

·  E-mail Reports and upload to T-cards

·  Binding of Reports

·  Update database/contact box

·  Update files/control sheets where necessary

Provide administrative support to cover all aspects of the department as and when required, including-

·  Answering telephone

·  Filing

·  Photocopying

·  Franking post

·  Consultants' stationery orders

·  To attend training courses deemed necessary to further your career and to benefit the Company.
