· Excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven Resourcer to join a fast paced, TA team within a global organisation, located at our Maidenhead site.
· You will have a passion to deliver sourcing activities predominately across the R&D, and Commercial business areas.
· To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written; as well as proactive and driven.
· The successful candidate will be highly motivated, customer, and delivery focussed.
· Must have a passion for R&D; and a passion for resourcing
· Potential to grow your career within in house TA recruitment.
Responsibilities will include:
·
· Proactively searching for candidates via Linked in within Global Pharmaceutical R&D and commercial Sector.
· Telephone screening, liaising with mid to senior level candidates, providing 1st class
· information and supporting through the recruitment process.
· Attaining a good understanding of mid to senior sector relevant positions across Global R&D, and Commercial positions.
· Supporting with TA recruitment processes including collaborating with the wider HR Team to ensure timely and accurate delivery within TA.
· Proactively keeping update to date and learning the latest sourcing trends, and helping to build 1st class reputation and branding awareness Market Mapping, Headhunting and Profiling Candidates
· Supporting activities to identify qualified candidates; including advertising, screening, phone screening and providing feedback.
· Maintaining a high level of candidate engagement.
· Developing external networks, candidate relationships.
· Utilise the Application Tracking System to support Talent Acquisition Consultants;
· Providing data against KPIs.
Skills:
· Recruitment experience highly desirable ideally within R&D sector
· Degree within Life Sciences highly desirable
· Good working knowledge of LinkedIn
· Excellent MS office Skills
· Excellent telephone manner
· Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
· Outstanding client facing skills
· Great prioritisation and organisational skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Calm and confident demeanour
· Highly Motivated and driven, with a passion for a candidate facing role.
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
