I am currently recruiting for an exciting position at a busy hospitality venue in Manchester.
As the Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for all customers calling or visiting the venue therefore, we are looking for candidates with great customer service experience, a warm and welcoming telephone manner and the ability to be personable and professional face to face.
As the Receptionist / Host you will be responsible for:
Being the first point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries
Taking and distributing messages for other team members
You will showing groups of visitors around the venue answering any questions they have
Assisting the sales team with any customer service calls or admin
General administration duties
Making refreshments for visitors
Ordering stationary for the offices
What we are looking for:
Ideally you will have experience as a Receptionist with Hospitality or Property
Someone with experience within a busy and varied role
An excellent phone manner is essential
The ability to remain calm and polite under pressure
Excellent face to face manner
Ability to make customers feel relaxed and welcome
Someone who can take pride in the venue
Friendly and personable
Smart and presentable at all times
This is role is covering maternity for 12 months however this could go on longer or develop into another role, this is a great progression opportunity.
