My client based in Cramlington are looking for a Purchase Administrator to join the business. This is a permanent position to work for a very successful business with fantastic opportunities and benefits for the right candidate.
As a Purchasing Administrator your duties will include:
· Raising purchase orders
· Dealing with order queries
· Relationship building with suppliers
· Researching price options
· General administration
· Producing stock forecasts for our team of Buyers
· Placing purchase orders
· Checking supplier's order confirmations
· Chasing suppliers for forward and overdue orders
· Checking and passing supplier invoices for payment
· Updating supplier pricing information onto the Company database
· General administration associated with purchasing
The perfect Purchasing Administrator will already have experience working in an administrative role. You will also need:
· Strong organisation skills
· Good work ethic
· Experience in a purchase administration role
