Payroll Administrator

North Manchester (Free Parking)

£12.82 per hour (£25k equivalent)

We are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Assistant to support a client in North Manchester with their busy Payroll function, a strong knowledge of P11D is essential.

·  Processing starters and leavers

·  Administering statutory payments for SSP, SMP, SPP

·  All statutory in year and year-end reporting including P60s, P45s & P11Ds

·  Processing pension contributions

·  Holiday pay calculations

·  Analysing & costing weekly timesheets

·  Responding to and resolving staff queries

·  Maintaining accurate salaries and benefits records on all HR systems

·  Providing payroll analysis and reporting

·  Manual Calculations - PAYE, NI, Statutory Payments, Pensions, manual recalculations

·  Payments, Pensions, manual recalculations

·  Reconciliations - 3rd party payments, pensions

·  Previous use of the payroll software

·  P11d knowledge and processing

·  A good understand of RTI - FPS/EPS and Apprentice Levy

·  A good understanding of salary sacrifice schemes

·  A good understanding of TUPE transfers

·  Other software used - Excel, Word
