We have a fantastic opportunity arise within a Global Oil & Gas company based in Canary Wharf. Our client is seeking Paralegal

Duties:

Manage the team's templates and model documents

Draft and review various agreements including amendment and extension agreements,NDA'S,novation/assignment agreements,letters of indemnity,powers of attorney.

Undertake legal research on behalf of lawyers and the company secretary

Assist and provide cover for the company Secretary,including preparing board minutes and resolutions

Proofread documents and presentations

Preparing legal responses to supplier and customers questionnaires including drafting,editing and reviewing responses
