Job Role - Outbound Sales Advisor

Excellent starting salary: £20k & uncapped commission OTE £38k

Monday to Friday working hours: 9am - 5:30pm

Location: Liverpool

My client is one of the leading home delivery companies for stoma, urology and wound care products and medication prescriptions within the UK. The role of the internal sales team is to contact potential customers to sign them up to their home delivery service.

Job roles and responsibilities

·  Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

·  Achieve additional performance KPIs

·  Make outbound calls to build rapport with potential customers, maintaining a friendly, empathetic and professional telephone manner

·  Accurately record outcomes of outbound calls on relevant CRM systems

·  Efficiently manage CRM diaries

Profile

·  Outbound telesales experience - would welcome candidates from all sales backgrounds

·  Ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all customers and reflect the company's values in all interactions

·  Ability to build rapport and close the deal

·  Positive desire to succeed, with the ability to be self-motivated and focussed on continually achieving & exceeding targets

·  Run, update and manage a customer database to enhance the sales function
