Job Description:

The post holder will be involved in a variety of general leasehold management areas including pre-assignment enquiries, enfranchisement and lease extensions, general correspondence and enquiries, repairs analysis and a number of major works s20 consultations and final accounts

a suitable candidate must have a valid UK driving licence - Council pool car is available

when visiting vulnerable residents and in line with Council/Government policies. PPE will be provided by the Council as per Government guidelines

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Working to a comprehensive programme, the Leasehold Services Officer is required to manage a varied caseload of statutory and corporate projects and casework which cross cut a number of Council departments and external organisations.

The post holder will help deliver the statutory consultative programme for leasehold major works; issuing of the corresponding service charges and estimates and all the associated and enquiries and disputes.

The Leasehold Services Officer is one of the Council' experts in Leasehold matters including new build development consultation schemes, and the wider housing consultation programme affecting a number of service areas
